Loro Piana to style Team Europe at Whistling Straits
-
On the third day of The 2018 Ryder Cup all of Team Europe sported their traditional colours: white, blue and yellow, as they donned their official Loro Piana kit for the final session of the event. As was the case in the last home Ryder Cup at Gleneagles in 2014, the European side adopted the colours of their continent’s flag on their team clothing.

On the second day of The 2018 Ryder Cup all of Team Europe were decked out in a unique but vibrant colour – kummel – the brand colour of their official kit supplier Loro Piana. The exclusive colour is a hallmark of Loro Piana and has been featured on each bit of the team’s clothing this week, with a single kummel stripe placed on each piece of kit, but today it was the main colour of the team’s jumpers, sleeveless jumpers and quarter zip tops.

On the first day of The 2018 Ryder Cup there was a French feel to the home side’s clothing, as the 12 players, the Captain and his five Vice Captains, wore their Official Loro Piana Teamwear.. Recognising this year’s host venue, Paris’s Le Golf National, the European Team’s outfits today featured French red and European blue as the core colours.
