Luke Donald has been named as the European Captain for the 2023 Ryder Cup at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Rome, Italy from September 25 – October 1, 2023. Donald represented Europe in the Ryder Cup four times as a player, being part of a winning team on all four occasions, including in 2012 when he led Team Europe out in the Singles, securing the first blue point on the board in the ‘Miracle at Medinah’.

Major winners Henrik Stenson and Annika Sörenstam were today inducted into the Swedish Golf Hall of Fame for their service to golf and the community. Established in 2022, the pair were named alongside five other Swedes including Viktor H Setterberg (posthumously), Erik Runfelt (posthumously), Liselotte Neumann, Liv Wollin, and Sven Tumba (posthumously).

Edoardo Molinari's first interview as 2023 European Vice Captain

Henrik Stenson has named Italian Edoardo Molinari as his second Vice Captain for the 2023 Ryder Cup which will be played at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Rome, Italy from September 25 – October 1, 2023. Molinari, alongside his brother Francesco, was part of the victorious European Team in the 2010 Ryder Cup at The Celtic Manor Resort in Wales.
