KOHLER, Wis. — The PGA of America announced today it has sold out its 30-person Hospitality Suite inventory for the 2020 Ryder Cup — nearly two years in advance. The preeminent international golf event is set to tee off at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin, Sept. 22-27, 2020.
To meet the unparalleled hospitality demand, the PGA of America is expanding its footprint by adding a newly designed 30-person Hospitality Suite, located on the left of the 1st green. The new suite is available for purchase beginning today.
Available for the first time at a Ryder Cup played in the United States, the 30-person Hospitality Suite provides patrons with a premier hosting experience, first-class viewing and exceptional amenity offerings. The two-story climate-controlled structures will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and will include a wide-range of food and beverage offerings. Suites are available for purchase beginning at $195,000 and include access to the 2020 Ryder Cup from Wednesday-Sunday of tournament week.
Additional hospitality packages varying in accommodation size (between 10-150 people), price and experiences are also available for purchase.
“Selling out of our 30-person Hospitality Suites this early demonstrates the profound excitement and enthusiasm fans and corporations have for the 2020 Ryder Cup,” said Jason Mengel, Director for the 2020 Ryder Cup. “Whistling Straits is not only a world-renowned, championship golf course with unparalleled views, the property also provides us the great opportunity to expand our hospitality suite offerings so more fans can comfortably experience the most significant sporting event ever to be hosted in Wisconsin.”
A Word of Caution: Similar to other major sporting and entertainment events, unauthorized agents may attempt to solicit and sell unofficial hospitality packages, providing customers a misleading and diminished experience. The PGA of America is the only authorized sales team with official, on-site hospitality packages.
As demand continues to increase, those interested in a coveted 2020 Ryder Cup hospitality package are encouraged to act quickly.
The PGA of America concierge service can assist with developing a customized itinerary, including hotel and private rental home accommodations, transportation and entertainment options in the region.
