KOHLER, Wis. – Nearly one year before the 2020 Ryder Cup tees off at Whistling Straits in Kohler, the PGA of America has announced limited tickets will go on sale tomorrow for “FEHERTY LIVE – COUNTDOWN TO THE RYDER CUP,” a live taping of GOLF Channel’s critically acclaimed, Emmy-nominated original series “Feherty,” featuring Emmy-nominated host, David Feherty.
This exclusive event will take place Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. CST at the historic Weill Center in downtown Sheboygan, Wis., to celebrate the countdown to the 2020 Ryder Cup.
The evening will preview golf’s most preeminent event and include interviews with US Ryder Cup Captain, Steve Stricker, and European Ryder Cup Captain, Padraig Harrington. Audience members will receive a sneak peek into the 2020 Ryder Cup, and enjoy the comedic genius of Feherty.
“The 2020 Ryder Cup will be the most significant sporting event ever hosted in the state of Wisconsin, and we’re thrilled to have David Feherty, Steve Stricker and Padraig Harrington here to talk about this momentous occasion,” said Ryder Cup Director, Jason Mengel. “The 2020 event at Whistling Straits will, without a doubt, be a once-in-a-lifetime event for all golf enthusiasts. This event is a great kick-off to our official countdown to Ryder Cup week!”
A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase starting Thursday, August 29, at 12 p.m. CST at WeillCenter.com. Ticket prices will range from $55-$75 (plus applicable fees and taxes) and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Doors to the Weill Center will open at 5:00 p.m. CST on Oct. 1, with the event scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. A cash bar will be available. The Weill Center is located at 826 N 8th St., Sheboygan, Wis.
The 2020 Ryder Cup will be played Sept. 25−27, 2020, at Whistling Straits, Kohler, Wis.
