Aberdeen Standard Investments presents the tenth episode from the behind-the-scenes Ryder Cup series, as Alexandra O’Laughlin takes us inside the television compound at Le Golf National.
For those not lucky enough to be on-site at The 42nd Ryder Cup, television coverage is the next best thing. From Los Angeles to London, golf fans all around the world gather religiously to watch the biennial contest, meaning the broadcasting needs to be of the highest order. It's lucky, then, that there are over 1,000 people working on bringing the best coverage being captured by the 150 cameras around the course.
In this episode, Alexandra takes us inside the compound to take a look around, including a visit to the Sky Sports studio and interviews with some of the most recognisable broadcasters in the sport.
