ACCESS TO MARCO SIMONE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB
Tickets: Digital tickets will be made available for assignment from mid-July by email to the purchaser. Purchasers must assign tickets to all attendees, including themselves if they are attending. Accessibility: There are dedicated spectator assistants at key areas onsite, around the golf course and in public areas. The site will offer access to those with mobility issues, including viewing areas and disabled toilet facilities.

Grandstand access: The First Tee Grandstand has a section of reserved seats and the Vista grandstand, situated by the 12th and 13th hole, seats are all reserved. All other grandstand seating is free, on a first-come first-served basis.

Luggage drop-off: Guests are encouraged not to bring luggage, large bags or suitcases to the venue. For those who have no other option, there will be a facility to store luggage at the on-site shuttle bus terminals before the security checks. Please note that this is a paid service.
Things to remember
Dress code: Please dress accordingly for the weather conditions. The course at Marco Simone is hilly, so sensible footwear is advised. Shoes with metal spikes are prohibited.

Chargers: Guests may bring portable phone chargers onsite. Portable chargers will also be available for rent. There is a €20 weekly rental fee and a €20 deposit fee, which will be repaid upon the return of the portable charger.

Enhance your experience: Remember to download the official Ryder Cup app and allow notifications for real-time updates. The app is host to the Interactive Map, which features wayfinding and live tracking of player groups, and much more.

First Tee Experience: Upgrade ticket holders are required to be in their seat 45 minutes before the First Tee time, otherwise their seat may be offered up to other fans, in order to ensure that the stand is full. Those without upgrades are encouraged to arrive as early as possible.

Ticket assignment: Tickets can not be assigned more than once. For any queries relating to the ticket assignment process please contact customer service at rydercupticketing@europeantourgroup.com.

Access to the course: There is no pedestrian access to Marco Simone. There are a number of park and ride locations, and public transport options for attendees. For more information please click here.

Payments: There are no cash machines at the venue. We strongly encourage the use of debit and credit cards as all vendors will accept card payments.
SECURITY
Original ID/Passport required: Before accessing the course, all ticket holders will be required to provide their full name, date of birth and nationality as required by Italian legislation. When entering the venue all tickets will be checked against the ticket holder ID/Passport. Photocopies of ID/Passports will not be accepted. 

Enhanced security checks: There are enhanced security checks at the gates, so please allow enough time to enter the course ahead of the First Tee.

Terrain: The event is held on a golf course which has many areas of undulating and uneven terrain, the condition of which will vary as weather conditions change.  Guests should therefore be prepared to attend the event suitably prepared for such conditions and any changeable weather.

Fore! Be aware and listen for the shout of Fore!  Shouting Fore! is a warning given by a player who believes the ball may leave the playing area.  If you hear Fore! please protect your face and head.
